Hello,                             
we are Marta (23) and Lluc (25), a quiet, reliable couple, both engineers, non-smokers, and no pets. Marta is studying for her Master's degree at the University of Bremen; her parents are financing her studies and guaranteeing the rent, and we can provide the relevant documentation.                             
We are looking for:                             
- at least 2 rooms (living room and bedroom), ideally 3                             
- Schwachhausen (preferably), the eastern suburbs/district, or Neustadt; other quiet, well-maintained residential areas are also acceptable if the university is less than 40 minutes away                             
- Budget: around €1,000 per month                             
- move-in date: December 2026 or January 2027                             
- indefinite lease or at least one year (no subletting)                             
We are tidy, conscientious tenants and welcome any offers, including offers from prospective tenants. We would be happy to arrange a viewing soon.
