Schönes Zimmer in toller Lage zur Zwischenmiete
(~15.9. bis 15.11. oder länger)
Zum 15.9. wird mein wunderschönes, helles Zimmer (ca. 30 m²) zur Zwischenmiete frei!
Kleines Haus mit einem offenen und kulturinteressierten Mitbewohner, mitten im Schnoor. Insgesamt ca. 90 m² Wohnfläche, davon 30 m² zur gemeinsamen Nutzung: Wohnzimmer, Küche + Innenhof.
Die Mietdauer können wir gerne besprechen. Super wäre ein Beginn um den 15.9. für mindestens zwei Monate, eventuell länger.
Miete: 700 € monatlich, alles inklusive. (Wenn das für dich nicht machbar ist, finden wir eine Lösung.)
Eine Anmeldung des Wohnsitzes ist während der Zwischenmiete leider nicht möglich.

My beautiful, bright room (approx. 30 m²) in the attic will be available for sublet from 15 September!
It’s a small house with an open-minded, culture-loving flatmate, right in the heart of the Schnoor. The house has around 90 m² in total, with about 30 m² of shared space: living room, kitchen and a little courtyard.
We can be flexible about the exact rental period. Ideally, you’d move in around 15 September and stay for at least two months, possibly longer.
Rent: €700 per month, all-inclusive. (If that’s a bit too much for you, we can talk about it.)
Please note that unfortunately, you won't be able to register your adress here during the sublet.
