Are you looking for a fully equipped, "löffelfertig" home in Bremen for the upcoming semester? I am offering a unique, very fair 2-Phase project in this beautiful apartment , specifically tailored for temporary student housing.

📍 The Location: Bremen near Überseestadt Safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood with excellent tram/bus connections to the University, Hochschule, and the city center.
📅 Timeline & The 2-Phase Setup:
• Phase 1 (Oct 1st – Dec 1st): Shared Flatshare. We will live together as flatmates (you, me, and my friendly little dog). Rent is a flat-rate of 625 EUR/month (all-inclusive).
• Phase 2 (Dec 1st – March 1st): Sole Use. I will be leaving, so you will have the entire 44m2 apartment completely to yourselves! Rent changes to 790 EUR base rent + 290 EUR utility prepayment (exact consumption billed via your individual gas, electricity, and water meters at checkout).
