Hallo!

Ich suche eine 1–2-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Neustadt, dem Viertel oder der Innenstadt von Bremen. Ich möchte gerne ab Oktober einziehen und suche eine Wohnung, in der ich alleine wohnen kann.

Ich bin 29 Jahre alt und arbeite als Doktorand am Max-Planck-Institut für Marine Mikrobiologie. Ich habe einen festen Arbeitsvertrag, ein gesichertes Einkommen, bin Nichtraucher und ein ruhiger sowie zuverlässiger Mieter.

Falls Sie eine passende Wohnung vermieten oder einen Hinweis haben, freue ich mich sehr über eine Nachricht.

I am looking for a 1–2 room apartment in Neustadt, the Viertel, or Bremen city centre. I would like to move in from October and am looking for a place where I can live on my own.

I am 29 years old and currently pursuing my PhD at the Max Planck Institute for Marine Microbiology. I have a stable employment contract and income, I am a non-smoker, and I am a quiet, responsible, and reliable tenant.
