Hi, I am moving out and looking for someone to take over my furnished room in a 4-person women-only shared apartment at Wöhlerstraße 7, 28357 Bremen. The room is available from July 1st (preferred move-in date). The rent is €450/month (warm rent, plus utilities) with a €800 deposit, and a long-term stay (at least 1 year) is preferred.                                                                                                                                                                             The room is approximately 14 m² and comes fully furnished with a bed and slatted frame, wardrobe, desk and chair, bookshelf, and curtains.           The apartment is shared with 3 other girls who are very friendly and nice. The atmosphere is relaxed, comfortable, and welcoming. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, fast internet, balcony, bicycle storage, 1 toilet and 1 shower. Registration is possible.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             The location is ideal, with bus/tram stops within a 10-minute walk, the university reachable in around 20 minutes by bus, and supermarkets, gym, and other daily necessities nearby.
